These Terms of Service govern your use of our bookkeeping services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Services Provided
Okanagan Bookkeeping provides professional bookkeeping services as outlined in your service agreement. We maintain accurate financial records in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing timely and accurate information, maintaining proper documentation, and notifying us of any changes that may affect our services.
Payment Terms
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. Services are billed according to the package selected, with payment due upon receipt of invoice.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and adhere to professional standards of data protection and privacy.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive for accuracy, our liability is limited to the fees paid for services. We are not responsible for decisions made based on our reports or for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all outstanding fees are due, and we will provide final reports and transfer of records.
